SMI FAMILY ENTERPRISE (SMI) was established in 04 Feb 2023, incorporated in Malaysia under Companies Act, 1965 to carry out business as a specialist in General Civil Engineering Works, Infrastructural Works and Building Construction Works in both public, Govt and Private sector.

With 6 years of direct, hands-on experience in the field, fast tracking takes centre stage in our services while ensuring the fulfilment of your need and expectation, on budget and on time.

SMI is registered under SPKK AND PBT licence which is regarded as a Bumiputra licence in the field of Construction licensed by CIDB. SMI is committed and focus on small and medium govt project to enhance the ratings of the company.

With the leadership and guidance from the experienced management team, strong, support from our suppliers and competent sub - sub contractors, SMI are moving forward to become one of the leading construction companies in Malaysia.

Overview of Tasks & Offerings

The company has built up a team of competence personals and associate company to undertake the following activities: -

1) CIVIL & INFRASTRUCTURE:

General Foundation construction works, Roads and Bridges, Construction of Infrastructural Projects, Drainage and Sewerage, Piling and Sub-Basement Construction.

2) Oil & Gas:

Cleaning of tank, carbon vapours, liquids, and sludge from storage tanks using chemical methods. Insulation of Pipes and other general construction works.

3) Powerplant Project :

High power tension cables and Advanced Insulation
